The undersigned person, __________________________, hereinafter referred to as Buyer, wishes to purchase compressed air and/or compressed air tanks and related equipment from ________________________, hereinafter referred to as Seller.

Buyer declares and affirms that such air and equipment will be used solely for pre-charged pneumatic airguns and will not be used or resold for human breathing purposes. Buyer hereby waives any present or future claim for liability or responsibility for use of such air or equipment, and agrees to hold Seller or Seller's owners, employees, stockholders, agents, heirs or assigns harmless for use of any such air or equipment.
