We want our customers to be satisfied with the range of products that we offer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to fix the issue.
Most items we sell have at least a one year limited warranty. We will repair or replace any defective product that is still under warranty at no cost (return shipping excluded) as long as the item was not damaged by misuse.
If you wish to return a purchased item for a refund you must contact us within 15 days of your purchase. We handle returns on a case by case basis and reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason. Items that have been damaged by misuse or modified by the customer in any way cannot be returned for a refund. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom built fittings and equipment may be subject to up to 25% restocking fee.
